備註 Remarks:

如申請人為應屆畢業生，於報名確認時未能遞交畢業證書複印件及總成績單原件，可先遞交已有科目成績的成績單及在學證明信原件【本校應屆本科畢業生，只需遞交填妥之授權書原件授權研究生院向註冊處/持續教育學院查核申請人的學籍狀況及成績（有關授權書可在本大學網頁下載）；本校的應屆碩士畢業生，於報名確認時可不需遞交在學證明信及總成績單】。成績單必須有就讀學校的蓋章方為有效。如申請人為專科升本科學生，應同時遞交專科畢業證書及成績單的複印件。 If the applicant is a potential graduate of this academic year, and is unable to submit the photocopies of graduation certificate and transcript during the application period, he/she can first submit the original copy of academic record and testimonial from his/her university. (Applicants who will graduate from MUST this year are only required to submit an authorization letter authorizing the School of Graduate Studies to retrieve their academic records from the Registry or the SCS. The authorization letter can be downloaded from the University website. Doctoral applicants who will graduate from MUST this year are not required to submit academic transcript or testimonial or authorization letter in this stage). Submitted transcript must be verified and stamp by applicants’ studying school/university. If an applicant held bachelor degree and 3-year-diploma, then the applicant must submit the certificates and transcripts of the 3-year-diploma and bachelor degree.
內地申請人的學歷學位證書之公證書可到所在地之公證處辦理，申請人如為應屆畢業生，因未獲發學歷學位證書而無法辦理公證書，可於入學註冊時後補。非內地院校畢業生需提供內地教育部留學服務中心出具的學歷認證證明文件複印件 (本校生除外)。內地院校畢業生也可提供中國高等教育學生資訊網 (http://www.chsi.com.cn/) 列印的“教育部學歷證書電子註冊備案表”代替公證書原件。
