Remark: All applicants must finish the application before 6 p.m. (GMT+8) on the date of the deadline. The schedule above is subject to the announcement on the university’s website.


Ways to check the status of application:
After submitting the online application successfully, your application will be transferred to the following process:
  • Initial Assessment
    The School of Graduate Studies will conduct a preliminary review of all application documents submitted by applicants. Those who do not pass the initial assessment, they can re-submit for re-assessment only once within the specified period.
    For applicants who don’t pass the initial assessment or re-assessment, will not be transferred to the next process – Selection. (Note: Regardless of the reason, the application fee will not be refunded or transferred.) The university will continue the initial assessment process after the deadline. Please wait patiently for the results. Applicants who fail the initial assessment after the application deadline will have four days to resubmit and apply for re-assessment. Therefore, applicants should pay attention to the email and Online Application System updates.

  • Selection
    (1) For applicants who pass the initial assessment or re-assessment, their applications will be transferred to the academic unit for Selection, respectively.
    (2) Those who do not pass the initial assessment or re-assessment, their applications will not be transferred to the academic unit for Selection. In this case, those applicants are not eligible for examination or acceptance.
    (3) Selection will be processed in batches, applicants are suggested to log into the OAS regularly to check the result of selection.
    (4) For applicants who haven’t been selected will have to wait for another rounds of selection.
    (5) Normally, the final results of the selection will be announced in June or July.

  • Admission Examination
    (1) Not all applicants who have passed the initial assessment or re-assessment need to take the admission examination. The academic units will select applicants to take the admission examination to decide whether to accept.
    (2) For applicants who have been selected and have to take the admission examinations should attend specific examinations at the designated time. For details, please refer to: Guidelines for Postgraduate Admission Examination.

  • Acceptance
    According to the background analysis and with the principle of merit, the acceptance results will be announced in batches through the Online Application System. The scholarships will be granted at the same time.

  • Admission Confirmation and Tuition Fees Settlement
    For applicants who are accepted, must log into the application system to confirm their admission, verify personal information, and download the payment debit note. They must pay the tuition fee and related expenses before the specified deadline and upload the payment proof for verification. Special reminder: Accepted applicants generally have three to five working days to settle the payment. It is recommended that applicants make payment preparations according to the tuition fee table announced earlier so that they can make the payment on time after receiving the admission offer. For any reason, failure to pay the tuition fee by specific deadline will be considered as automatically giving up the admission qualification, and the admission place will not be reserved.

Communication/Notification:

●The university will release the important notices to the applicants via OAS, e-mail and SMS.
●E-mails and SMS sent from the university may fail to reach the applicants, please check regularly the posts on OAS and the University website.
●To prevent our emails from being marked as spam mail or junk mail, please add oas.administrator@must.edu.mo to your e-mail address book.
